Boraie Development built The Aspire in downtown New Brunswick. It’s a 238 residential unit apartment tower just steps away from a transit station with direct access to Manhattan. There are plenty of options around this tower when it comes to dining, shopping, and nightlife.

The Aspire jas a 24/7 doorman lobby that can be directly accessed from the attached parking facility. There are a high-end fitness center and yoga space for residents to enjoy. The rooftop features a sundeck and garden that includes a space to do outdoor barbecuing. There is also a resident’s club that people can use for work or relaxation.

Boraie Development recently also completed another tower in Newark that everybody is calling Shaq Tower. This is because Shaquille O’Neal, the former NBA player, invested in this development. He was born and raised in Newark and wanted to be part of the first residential tower to be built in that city in 50 years.

Officially named One Rector Place, Shaq Tower is a $79 million luxury apartment tower. It is right next door to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center and by the Hahne & Co. building which has a Whole Foods in it. There is also a new restaurant that was established by Marcus Samuelsson.
